For clarity, logging on to our systems acknowledges that you and your company understand, agree, and will comply with all policies and procedures applicable to the company for licensed use of the system, including, but not limited to, the latest versions of the SecurKart™ Acceptable Use Policy, the SecurKart™ Cancellation and Pricing Policy, and any and all other agreements, policies, and procedures that SecurKart™ applies to all customers.
For clarity, the SecurKart™ End User License Agreement is one and the same with the SecurKart™ Service Contract that is specifically issued with the configuration requested by the customer.
